REFUNDS & REPRINTS

We have a 30 day refund & reprint policy!

Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to submit a request for a refund or reprint. We will reprint any order where there is a print quality or adherence issue, but not because of a poor quality file. If you'd like a refund or reprint for another reason, it must be approved by management first.

For orders including DTF Transfers or Gang Sheets, please ensure you followed the design requirements correctly.

Also be sure to check that all details within your shipping address are correct before placing an order. An order confirmation email will be sent after placing an order to confirm all order details.

Clothing & Accessories 

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package or bring the purchased items to our retail location for further processing.
